Countdown and Mix & Match

These two exercises are very beneficial to proper technique and positioning.

If you're in my drum set class you should know that these exercises, along with the Big 5, will be played faster as we progress through the class. If you're not in my class, know that these exercises are great to start with and return to in progression throughout the course of your learning. If you learn them correctly now, it will be easier to pick up the tempo later.
