"Cathy's Clown" by The Everly Brothers
"Celebration" by Kool & The Gang
The Everly Brothers biggest hit. March-like drumming. A montage of pictures to go along with the song here.If you are a gigging musician, you better know this song because you'll play it all the time. I just played it last weekend. Kool & The Gang give a great performance in this video.
"Centerfield" by John Fogerty
"Chain Gang" by Sam Cooke
Great old baseball clips here in this video, along with the best baseball song ever, by John Fogerty. In the history of R&R, Cooke is one of the most influential singers (ask Aretha).
"Cold Sweat" by James Brown
"Colour My World" by Chicago
What a treat for us drummers to see Clyde Stubblefield himself play to "Cold Sweat."Trivia question: Where is Chicago from? Triplet ballad, this song sold a lot of piano sheet music.
"Crazy" by Patsy Cline
"Crazy For You" by Madonna
Interesting three sectioned clips, a bit disorientating.... But nevertheless, this video gives you the song that made Patsy Cline a star, and Willie Nelson an established songwriter. The video is from the movie Vision Quest.
"Cruisin'" by Smokey Robinson
"Cry Like A Baby" by The Box Tops
You're welcome to ignore the strange intro, the song starts about 30 seconds in. Smokey could really sing it.One of my favorites from the '60s and a nice drum chart too.
"Crying" by Roy Orbison
A picture montage of Roy Orbison's "Crying".
